Treatment of leg pain

• Avoid prolonged standing for hours and obesity
• Take analgesics like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily.
• Apply hot packs on legs daily
• Do back MRI to determine if there is back disc which may affect nerves in legs.
• Do calcium levels and vitamin D levels also.

Causes of leg pain

There are many causes like the following

• Generalized fatigue and prolonged standing
• Obesity
• Osteoarthritis
• Muscles spasm
• Back disc which may be the cause
• Osteoporosis
