- Smashed pattato
- Rice
- Lean meats
- Low-fat cooked fish
- Eggs
- Fresh fruits, or fruits canned in their own juice
- Cooked vegetables
- Sugar-free cereals
- Bread
It is commonly caused by rotavirus and it is self limiting illness
