How to confirm pregnancy

There are many early symptoms and sign may indicate pregnancy but female need confirmatory tests for pregnancy. Based on your question i see the following

• You can do pregnancy blood test even before menses date about 3 -4 days of the expected date. Blood test able to diagnose and confirm pregnancy if the result is above 25
• Urine pregnancy test also can detect pregnancy before menses date but the blood test is more specific
• Vaginal US to see the gestational sac about 4 - 5 weeks of pregnancy.

Early symptoms of pregnancy

There are many symptoms of pregnancy at early state like the following

• Lower abdominal and back pain
• Breast pain and congestion
• Nausea and vomiting
• Sleep disturbances
• Mood instability
• Headache and dizziness
