Excimer laser treatment:

it is a new method of laser beam, used to treat various types of skin disease

Uses in vitilligo:

• it is a new method of therapy
• it shows a good success in treating many cases of vetilligo
• it is preffered for localised spots
• it has better results when the white spots are in the face

Side effects:

• there are very limited numbers of studyies about the side effects
• non have shown any long term carcinogenous effect
• few side effects were reported like: erythema (redness) and itching
