Treatment of fluid retention

it is common complain which is known as edema. Edema is occurred due to many causes and factors. Evaluation and treatment of like condition is by the following

• There are many factors that result in edema at your case like kidney problems you have and bedridden after surgery.
• Diuretics like Lasix is common drug used to treat edema and it is better to continue it
• You have to monitor your kidney function test which is urea and creatinine to exclude kidney causes of leg edema
• Elevate your legs on pillows to decrease degree of edema
• It is temporary condition with subsequent improvement after period.
