Regarding your question , not getting enough sleep r sleeplessness is called insomnia
Treatment depends on the cause after conducting the necessary tests according to the diseases that I mentioned but the treatment can be summarized as follows:
exercise daily
Maintain a daily sleep schedule regularly
Avoid caffeine at night
Avoid smoking
Avoid going to bed with feeling hungery
Ensure a comfortable sleeping environment.
Use relaxation techniques - such as meditation and muscles relaxation .
Cognitive therapy - individual counseling or group therapy.
Stimulate mental control - just go to bed when you are sleepy. Avoid watching TV, reading, eating or worrying in bed. Set the alarm clock at the same time each morning and avoid a long nap during the day
Medical treatments for insomnia include:
Antidepressants
Antihistamines such as hudu tab 1x1
Melatonin which is a sleep hormone
Insomnia can be caused by physical and psychological factors. There is sometimes a major psychological and medical condition causing chronic insomnia like :
