diet and lifestyle modification
diabetes ccontrol if present
anti-inflmmatory drugs such as celecoxib200mg 1x1 in case of inflamation
surgical correction in case of sever disc bulging

in light of what you have added , I recommend you to do MRI to your vertebral colomn because it highly suggests that you might have spinal cord compression due to disc herniation somewhere in your back ,
