The test provided by you is in the upper normal limits for Uric acid levels . In case you have any symptoms of High uric acid you should do the following

• Rest your joint 
• Drink enough amount of water every day from 2-4 liters 
• Avoid eating food that contains purines such as Fish , liver 
• Apply cold water or cold compressors for 15 minutes 3-4 times every day 
• Take over the counter analgesic such as Ibuprofen
• Drugs such as colchicine, and corticosteroids
• Drugs such as Allopurinol help to prevent further attacks and complications In Hyperurcemia 

What are the symptoms of high uric acid 

1. Bone pain
2. Joint pain
3. Redness and swelling of joints and toes
4. Abdominal pain
5. Painful urination
