Treatment of difficulty breathing

It is common complain to experience breathing problems due to many factors and causes. Evaluation and treatment of like condition is by the following

• At first, it is better to seek for medical help and examination by your doctor as there are causes which need inpatient treatment and evaluation
• If you notice that your difficulty breathing is exacerbated with cough, movement the commonest cause at this case is due to chest muscles spasm.
• Take analgesics like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily with muscle relaxant like relaxone twice daily in addition to hot packs on your chest
• Do chest x ray to exclude lung problems like inflammation
• Do CBC to exclude anemia

Causes of difficulty breathing

There are many causes like the following

• Stress and depression
• Anemia
• Chest muscles spasm
• Lung inflammation and other lung problems
• Heart diseases
• Obesity
• Others
