Hi, recently I have facing lot of stomach issue. I listed my symptoms and personal details below. 1. stomach easily get upset when I eat non veg food and spicy food. 2. every day morning after wakeup, I feel that my stomach get very tight. (after I came out from toilet, I feel better) 3. Daily I use to toilet min 3 times. (especially I went to toilet after breakfast always) 4. In my stool, I have seen lot of un digestion food. 5. when I had tea or coffee, surely I will go to toilet. 6. some times, even I had fruits, I will go to toilet. Brief about my self: Age: 33 weight: 68kg Height: 172cm Please refer me the below details. 1. I have to check which department doctor for this issue. 2. which kind of food suitable for me. 3. what are basic things i have to follow to come out from this issue.
