regarding your question

there are many causes of shloulder pain which are

• muscle spasm
• fatigue
• shoulder dislocation
• trauma

How to diagnose:

• Physical examination by orthopedics
• xray for shoulder
• in very rare cases doctor may ask for ct

treatment :

Based on the diagnosis, please do the above mentioned tests, until doing the tests please do the following

• rest for at least 48-72 hr
• cold compressors every 20 min
• take trofen 600mg three times daily
• use diclofen gel 4 times daily
• take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation

if your symptoms arent improved within 10 days . you should visit your doctor to take a full medical history and to examine you and to order x ray
