• Glucose level
• BP
• ECG
• Renal function tests
• Liver function tests
• Brain MRI
• TSH
• Free T4 ...etc

Treatment of general fatigue:

It depends on the cause as every cause has its specific treatment.
And I adivse your to:

• Do regular exercise
• Drink good amount of water daily
• Avoid fast food
