How long you should wait to use sildanafil after  stent angioplasty?

you can use sildanafil after 3 month of stent angioplasty , but with low doses and with the follwowing warning :

• dont use it daily
• dont use it if you take nitrate tablets to treat angina
• if you have right side heart fialure you souldnt use it

but you can use detlaus , this medication is safe and doest affect the heart contractiltiy
you can use also topical lidocaine , this is safe and doesnt have any advers effects

what is premature ejaculation ?

premature ejaculation: means fialure to maintain erection more than5 minutes or acheiving sexual desires

• so in your case at first we should exclude ograns problems  through taking a full medical history and doing laberatory tests like semen analysis
• testosterone level

and we can differntiated the causes of premature ejaculation in two groups :
1. psychological cause
in this subgroup there is  a morining erection and the cause is from depression , stress , aneixty
2. organic cause
here there is no morning erection and may be due to urological problem and need more investigation
