Treatment of pending penis:

• it doesnt need a treatment unless it is a causing a functional problem, or a cosmotic problem
• the best treatment is surgical , which can reshape the tendons that support the shaft of the penis

Treatment of small testis:

• it depends on the cause
• it doesnt need treatment if the testicle has a normal function
• if the cause is varicocele or testicular torsion then you need a surgery

Diagnosis of small testicle:

• clinical examination
• doing an ultrasonography of the scrotum
• taking a biopsy from the affected testicle
• doin doppler ultrasound for the testicles

Causes of small testicle:

• normal variation, but shouldnt be more that 0.5 to 1 cm difference
• varicocele
• previous testiculat trauma
• testicular torsion
