Urinary tract stones means stone formation from metabolites or pus cell in any part of your urination system as well.
STD are infection that affect patients by having sex with infected person with certain diseases as gonorrhea or syphilis.
Its probably you are complaining of urinary tract infection and you will need to do some investigations as urine analysis and culture.
