Need some help on TSH for 7 years old boy.
The result shows 6.49.
Doc advised for 50 mcg dose.
Should be meet endocrinologist?

The normal level of TSH is within 0.4 to 4 mIU/L.
The result that you got is above the normal range which means that the patient is suffering from underactive thyroid gland.
You have to visit the endocrinologist doctor so that the doctor could do a full clinical evaluation of the case then he will adjust the dost of l-thyroxin
