Hi I had a headache on the right side then eye pain ...I thought its migraine but it stayed with me 2 days then my gum started to hurt with the lower part of the jaw also from the right side then I had had a gum inflammatory ....can you advice whats that!
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
No did not go to a doctor ....just normal pain relief pills

Regarding your question
your symptoms may due to something called cluster headache which causes unilateral headache with affected eye redness and pain ,associated with jaw pain and neck pain , this type of headache is treated via sumatriptan 50 mg , oxygen inhalation , rest , avoiding drinking alcohol or smoking
having some sleep , and drinking plenty of water
furthermore , your symptoms may describe temporal artritis which an inflamation of the blood vessels causing headache and eye pain , but it affects old aged people mainly and have high ESR levels ,and it should be treated via corticosteroids
the last possible differential diagnosis is sinus or gum infection as you describe which is treated by metronidazole 500mg 1x3 and amoxicillin 500mg 1x3 with paracetamol500mg 2x2

ESR
brain CT in special cases
