Treatment of absent menses

Amenorrhea or absent menses is defined as absent of menstrual cycle for at least three months after its regularity. Based on what you mentioned I advise the following
    The commonest cause of absent menses is pregnancy and even if you took contraceptive pills , pregnancy chance is still a choice thus pregnancy test is the first test to do at your case.
    if you take oral contraceotive pills they usually within first 6 months causes some irregularity of menses and makes its lighter thus do not worry and just continue taking your pills if there is no pregnancy
avoid stress and have a good sleeping time every night
Take duphastone 20 mg tablet  which  is given  every 12 hours for 5 days. The menses is expected to come during this period. The drug will raise the progesterone hormone for 5 days. After discontinuing the medication, the lining of the uterus will fall in the form of menstrual blood due to Progesterone deficiency due to discontinuation of medication..
