• do CBC, urinanalysis , urine culture, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound
• you can take any medication now without doctor perscribtion like ciprofloxacin 750 mg twice for 7 days
• Or trimetoprim-sulfamexazole 800 mg-160 mg orally every 12 hours for 10 to 14 days
• Then do urine culture
