1. Rest your arm , and avoid any extreme physical activity
2. you can benefit from Applyin cold compressors for 15 minutes every 2-3 hours 
3. Take Analgesic such as Trufen 400 three times daily
4. Topical NSAIDs such as Voryn Gel three times daily to relieve the pain
5. Muscle relaxants such as Relaxon three times daily
6. In case you developed any abnormal signs such as : High fever , Muslce swelling or Severe pain and limitation of movement , you need to go to the nearest medical center for clinical and lab assessment
