Treatment of high blood pressure

It one of three commonest chronic diseases that affect high percentage of people due to many factors and causes. The normal level is below 140 / 90 thus based on your readings i see the following
First readings are high but there was improvement after rest thus you are at risk of having hypertension

• Avoid stress and anxiety as you can
• Avoid smoking and obesity
• Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and avoid salty foods
• Drink water at least 3 liters per day.
• Exercise daily and walk for at least 30 minutes.
• Follow up your blood pressure reading for five days and measure readings and ask you family doctor to explain it or you can post results for us.

Symptoms of hypertension

Usually, it is called silent disease as it does not cause symptoms at most cases but sometimes it may cause the following

• Chronic headache
• Dizziness
• Loss of concentration
• Increase heartbeats
• Generalized fatigue
• Difficulty breath
