Treatment of hand pain

There are many causes of hand pain that may be severe which result in limitation of the patient ability to do daily life activities. Treatment of like condition is by the following

• At first, avoid heavy works and lifting heavy objects as you can.
• Avoid obesity also which result in increasing load in joints.
• Pain at night is mostly due to median nerve syndrome which result in compression on median nerve at hand joints.
• You can take analgesics like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily.
• If there is no response, you can use corticosteroids injections regularly.
• Seek a medical help to be examined by a neurologist to confirm or exclude diagnosis
• Surgical treatment is a last choice at median nerve syndrome.
• Pain at heals is mostly due to generalized fatigue and prolonged standing and uric acid test is not recommended.

Symptoms of median nerve syndrome

There are many symptoms like the following

• Hand joints pain
• Numbness and tingling mostly at inner three fingers
• Weakness of thener muscles
