Sir my wife is suffering from irregular mensuration for earlier stage. Now she is 28 yrs old. We make a check in nepal and take medicine too. But it doesn't work. We don't have a child too. What is the best solution for regular menses. Now we are in Qatar. We both are working in a tanzifco company.

Yes sir in Nepal the doctors give us overall tablets for 3 months
