My mom is about 70 years old and she has high blood pressure , after taking medications her blood pressure is now 130/60 , isn’t that too low ?
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Yes he prescribed her a medicine and she took it an now her pressure reading is going very low , should she stop she stop the new medication
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
No just high blood pressure and high cholesterol

the normal range of blood pressure is
systolic pressure 90-140
diastolic pressure 60-90
so in your case , the blood pressure is strongly controlled , but i advise to decrease the dose of this medication to avoid hypotenstion , so you should visit the cardiologist to follow up her blood pressure and to adjsut the dose of the mediaction
the normal range of cholesterol is less than 200
physical exercise
modfication of the diet and decrease eating fatty meals
taking simvastatin 20 mg once daily
