Welcome! How can I help with your medical question? hello doctor. I injuried at left hand in 8 years. there is radial nurve injury my wrist and my fingers are drop. does it have treatment? Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking? i visit after my injury he gave some injections but there was no treatment. after that time i did not visit any doctor. treatment of nerve injury :

if nerve injury cut is incomplete the surgeon can repair it .
the time of recovery is slow and long .it takes months .
sometimes the surgeon do EMG to the scarred area of nerve to detect if there is recovery .
sometimes ,the surgeon can take graft to correct the damage .
if the process is irreversible,then surgeon can do some process to keep the muscles intact .

diagnosis of nerve injury :

EMG
MRI for the affect limb
nerve conduction study
