Hello doctor, my symptoms are like, stiffness of neck, brain seems fully grabbed, my head seems numb, I could feel less sense on the head even if I pull my hair at the top of my level
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I did MRI, no any brain infections. For now I am taking anitibiotic called Proxen

the main cause of headache in your case , is due to migraine headache
Migraine headache is a result of specific changes within the brain. It causes severe head pain that is often accompanied by sensitivity to light, sound, or smells.
at your case , I advise you to do the following
the drug you give is a good drug to abort the migraine headache but the best way is to take sumatriptan 50 mg with one tab of naproxen sodium is the best regimen thus try it.
after that you can take after 12 hours another tab of sumatriptan 50 mg
