The meaning of your report:

• it is a colonoscopy report
• there is a some sort of soft tissue structure that we call a (polyp), that is outgrowing from your inner side of your rectum/colon, it is about 15cm far from the anal verge
• a biopsy was taken which means they took a peice of it or all of it to be examined under microscope
• the examination of the biopsy revealed a benign tumor with low precancerous changes (displasia)

Treatment of adenomatous polyps:

• removing the polype completely
• you may need a follow up after few years to do a colonoscopy to seee if there are any other lesions

Diagnosis of colon polyps:

• clinical examination
• colonoscopy

Risk factors of colon polyps:

• old age
• males
• family history of colorectal polyps or cancers
