• good hydration
• eating boiled food like potato
• take rantidine  50 mg once per day
• take metronidazole 500 mg three times per day
• take paracetamol 500 mg three times per day

what is a gastroenteritis ?

gastroenteritits is an infection caused  mainly by virus and in less commonly by bacteria

symptoms

1. low grade fever
2. diarrhea
3.vomitting
4. abdominal pain

diagnosis

1. taking a full medical history
2. clinical examination
3. doing a stool analysis
so , i advise you to do stool analysis and to visit the family doctor to examine you and to assess the case
