Hello. I feel like I have a ball of phlegm in my throat. It’s very irritating and making me a bit nauseous. 3-4 days now but not getting any better. Trying to force a cough, gargled with salt water but not much relief. Anything I can for immediate relief?

- the best method is
- drink plent of fluids with honey and gargle every day
- wash your sore by warm slt or by solution Otrivine
- can you take antialgic as Bruffine 400 mg twice by day after meal
- if you have signs an bacterien infection you can starte with antibiotic as Augmentin 625mg 3 by day for 10 days
- if not have been better after 2 weeks you must consult the ENT departement for others option like surgery ...
