Treatment of lower back pain

It is common problem to experience back pain due to many factors and causes which result in limitation of the patient to do daily life activities. Treatment of like condition is by the following

• At first, avoid doing heavy works at this period.
• Back pain with radiation to buttocks it related to lower back disc problems thus seeking medical help and examination by neurologist is good choice
• Take analgesics like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily with Coxib 100 mg twice daily
• Do lower back MRI Test to confirm or exclude discs and vertebral compressions
• The test you did is not significant and the result is within normal thus do not worry

Causes of lower back pain

There are many causes like the following

• Back muscles spasm
• Lower back disc
• Osteoporosis
• Nerve compressions
