Hi Doctor,
i have 1 question about my child
my child is 6 years old he is very picky eater and too muck weak.,and since 4 month he have black big mark on his nose same like pigmentation,i done some blood test urine test vitamin test its all clear ,i m very worried about him.please tell me what i do for him.
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
no medicine i take,for appetite i take him some multivitamin syrups but i not get good result.
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

Treatment of poor feeding
it is common complain to have a child who eat little with poor appetite also which result in week body. you can follow the following
- At first do not worry as i said it is common complain not related to underlying diseases and not result in severe problems
- You can do blood test for hemoglobin for reassuring.
- Give him vitamins and just try to introduce good foods for him
Treatment of black spots on nose
it is uncommon problem but i see the following
- Proper diagnosis of like condition need dermatologist evaluation and examination as skin problems are diagnosed clinically by dermatologist.
- You can use betamethasone cream temporary till seeing a doctor
- the commonest explanation is due to viral or fungal infection
