pramin injection 0.2 mg per every kg of her weight
rantadin 1mg per kg of her weight
then doing the following tests will make the treatment strategy more accurate

should she take dompy 3ml ?

no you shouldn't give her this medication but following my instruction previously mentioned

h.pylori infection
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS )

What tests she should have?

 full medical history
full examination :
Cbc
Urine analysis
h.pylori test
Stool analysis
And in special cases
Abdominal x ray and ct of the abdomen

If this stomach pain associated with :

repeated vomiting
fever above 38.5
severe pain not relieved
vomiting of blood
black stools
abdominal distention
