Treatment of nipple pain:

• if there are fissures or sores on the nipple you may consider put a warm towel on it
• putting a soothing cream or jell
• if there is a discharge or blood coming of your nipple then you may consider consulting surgeon for more precise assessment

Treatment of itchy private parts:

• you may consider doing a test for the discharge if there is one,, to confirm the causing organism and treat it the suitable way

Diagnosis of nipple pain:

• clinical examination of both breasts
• Ultrasonogram imaging for both breasts
• you need to do test level of FSH, LH and Prolactine hormones
• if you are a female above 40 then you need to consider doing mammogram as a screening tool
• for your itchy private part you need to do a lab. test forthe discharge if there was any

Causes of nipple pain:

• it can happen normally with menestruation
• when you take hormone therapy that contains estrogen
• it can happen when there are fissures and sorness of the nipple
• it can be associated with a discharge which may indicate an infection deep to the nipple  area
