• if there no cause then the best management is psychotherapy which means learning the way to ignore the problem and release the stress behind it
• there was no evidence that medications can effectively decrease the symptom

Diagnosis of ear ringing:

• clinical examination
• audiogram
• brain CT and MRI
• neurological examination

Causes of ear ringing:

• it is commonly related to noise-induced hearing problems
• earwax, head injurym ear infection, neurologic diseases and rarely nrain tumors
• there are many cases who suffer from ear ringing but with no clear underlying cause
