you should visit the endocrinologist to adjust and to decrease the doses of these medication , because this may increasing the risk of hypoglycemia , low glucose level in the blood ,
life style modification like
your medications in ramadan will be in 2 doses , one in the breakfase and one in the dinner , and the dose should be adjust accordiong to your labertatoy tests and your doctor
diabetes is an common endocrinologic disease ,associated with elevated blood glucose . resulted from insuffcient insulin secretion from the pancreas or increase the tissues resistance to insulin
1. fasting blood glucose above 126 mg/dl in at least 2 readings within week
2. hga1c above 7
3. random blood glucose above 200
