Welcome! How can I help with your medical question?
I always have my periods on 7th end finish on 11th please can u help me to on how to count my safe days because i'm not ready to conceive now
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I'm not using any medicine so far
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
No but am a mother of 2 of which im i'm not ready to conceive so soon end when i use family planning methods some don't favor me

The safe time for intercourse:
Conception can occur when intercourse occur anytime, but it is usually during ovulation days which is about 10-14 days after your period.
So when intercourse occurs too early or too late ( between 11 to 18, and between 1-7 ) the chance to get conception is very weak.
How to avoid conception?
You can not depend on the the safe time only, you must use one of the contraception methods as:
