Hello...i wanna ask about my peiod...last month my period was started at date 2.. and this month.. my period not yet come..and now is date 9...but i take primolut nor last date 3..for five days two times a day..is my period will come..after two or three days after that?.
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I take primolut nor coz my peiod is alwys delayed like 7days...same last month..i did not go doctor...yet
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
I dont hav history..bt last november december to january this year i take pills and i stopp..

- You need to exclude pregnancy by doing few tests such as Urine pregnancy test
- You should avoid anxiety and depression
- You should eat well balanced and healthy diet which include Vitamins , proteins and other essentail nutreints
- You should exercise and train your body regularly
- Do clinical assessment with your Gynecologist

- Depression
- Hormonal contraceptive pills or Intrauterine device
- Unhealthy diet
- Hypothyroidism
