I need to know if I am in need for a sinus surgery or no. I’ve been through sinus infections since 6 months till now, it happens like every week or 2 weeks and recently it turned out to be bronchitis 3 times .... what can I do ?

Use AZITHROMYCIN 500 MG single tablet treatment daily
Use ARTIX one tablet a day
Use a nasocare nasal spray
Use IBUPROFEN 400 MG twice a day
