I need some guidance in solving this case study. Where should I start? etc. 1. BACKGROUND a. Subject/Target Introduction: ‘X’ Trading Company is located in Dubai, UAE. PO Box. XXXX Telephone: XXXXX Email: XXXX Website: XXXX Contact person: Mr. M.S ‘X’ Trading Company had been involved in the importation of counterfeit HP products from China and having huge wholesale & retail operations in GCC markets. Also been informed that said subject having manufacturing unit in UAE as above information provided by HP. Additional Information; I. The above subject is selling aprox. 100-150 HP toners per day at his retail shop II. Subject has the capacity of producing approx. 25,000-50,000 HP toners per month at his manufacturing plant whose location is not being revealed. b. Resources provided: Two full-time trained investigators c. Timeframe : 3 months 2. FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS; 1. How will you identify source of supply? 2. How will you identify local storage facility? 3. How would you secure a source of manufacture before and after the successful raid on the warehouse? 4. Plan for the Enforcement action? 5.
